By accessing this website or using the services of Vibrant Life Senior Care Companion & Concierge LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Description of Services

Vibrant Life Senior Care Companion & Concierge LLC provides non-medical companionship and concierge services designed to support older adults and individuals who may benefit from assistance with daily living activities while promoting independence, well-being, and quality of life.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

Senior companionship
Wellness check-ins
Transportation services
Errands and shopping assistance
Appointment accompaniment
Light household assistance
Meal planning and preparation support
Personal concierge services
Social engagement and recreational activities

All services provided by Vibrant Life Senior Care Companion & Concierge LLC are strictly non-medical and are not intended to replace professional medical care, home health care, nursing services, personal care services, or emergency assistance.

2. Not a Medical Provider

Vibrant Life Senior Care Companion & Concierge LLC does not provide:

Medical care
Medical advice
Medical supervision
Nursing services
Personal care services
Medication administration
Physical transfers or lifting assistance

Clients experiencing a medical emergency should immediately call 911 or seek emergency medical assistance.

Participation in wellness-related activities, fitness encouragement, nutritional guidance, or lifestyle support is for informational and motivational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.

3. Appointment Scheduling

Appointments may be scheduled through:

Email
Other approved communication methods

All appointments are subject to availability, scheduling limitations, and service area restrictions.

The Company reserves the right to modify schedules when necessary due to weather conditions, emergencies, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payment Terms

Services are billed on an hourly basis or at agreed-upon package rates unless otherwise specified in writing.

A deposit is required to reserve and secure scheduled services. The remaining balance is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been agreed to in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include:

Cash
Credit or debit card
Online payment platforms
Zelle
Cash App
Apple Pay
Google Pay
PayPal

Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients are requested to provide at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than twenty-four (24) hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit and any applicable reservation fees.

While every effort will be made to accommodate unforeseen circumstances, exceptions are granted solely at the discretion of Vibrant Life Senior Care Companion & Concierge LLC.

6. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service

Vibrant Life Senior Care Companion & Concierge LLC reserves the right to refuse, decline, suspend, or discontinue services at its sole discretion at any time and for any lawful reason.

The Company may determine that a service request, client relationship, scheduling arrangement, or service environment is not a good fit for its business model, scope of services, availability, safety standards, or operational needs. In such cases, services may be declined or terminated without obligation to provide ongoing services.

Whenever reasonably possible, notice will be provided prior to the discontinuation of services; however, the Company reserves the right to discontinue services immediately if deemed necessary.

7. Refund Policy

All deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits are required to reserve appointment dates and times and compensate for scheduling commitments. Once received, deposits will not be refunded except where required by law.

No refunds will be issued for services that have been fully or partially rendered. By scheduling and receiving services, clients acknowledge and agree that payment is earned upon delivery of services.

If a client chooses to end a scheduled service early or elects not to utilize all scheduled service time, no refund or credit will be provided for unused time unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Should Vibrant Life Senior Care Companion & Concierge LLC cancel a service and be unable to reschedule, prepaid fees for services not rendered will be refunded.

8. Transportation Disclaimer

Transportation services may be provided using:

The Company's vehicle; or
The client's vehicle, upon request and approval.

Transportation services are offered solely as a non-medical companion and concierge service.

Clients acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks and agree that Vibrant Life Senior Care Companion & Concierge LLC is not responsible for delays, traffic conditions, accidents caused by third parties, weather conditions, road hazards, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Clients receiving transportation services must be able to safely enter and exit a vehicle independently or with assistance arranged by the client or family. The Company does not provide wheelchair transportation, medical transportation, lifting assistance, or physical transfers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vibrant Life Senior Care Companion & Concierge LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of its services or website.

The Company's total liability for any claim arising out of services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Independent Business Structure

Vibrant Life Senior Care Companion & Concierge LLC is an independently owned and operated Limited Liability Company (LLC) organized under the laws of the State of Texas.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall be construed as creating a medical provider-patient relationship, employer-employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture between the Company and its clients.

11. Website Use

Users agree not to:

Misuse the website
Attempt unauthorized access to website systems
Upload malicious software or harmful content
Use the website for unlawful purposes
Interfere with the security or functionality of the website

The Company reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to its website for any user who violates these Terms & Conditions.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Vibrant Life Senior Care Companion & Concierge LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this website. Continued use of the website or services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
