Vibrant Life Senior Care Companion & Concierge LLC provides non-medical companionship and concierge services for older adults and individuals who may benefit from assistance with daily activities. 

Services may include but are not limited to: 

• Senior companionship 

• Errands and shopping assistance 

• Transportation services 

• Appointment accompaniment 

• Light household assistance 

• Personal concierge services 

Our services are strictly non-medical and do not replace professional medical care, home health care, or nursing services. 

 

2. Not a Medical Provider 

Vibrant Life Senior Care Companion & Concierge LLC does not provide medical care, medical advice, or medical supervision. 

Clients experiencing a medical emergency should immediately call 911 or seek emergency medical assistance. 

 

3. Appointment Scheduling 

Appointments may be scheduled through: 

• Our website 

• Phone 

• Email communication 

Availability is subject to scheduling and service area limitations. 

 

4. Payment Terms 

Services are billed on an hourly basis unless otherwise agreed. 

A deposit is required to secure scheduled services. The remaining balance is due after services are completed. 

Accepted payment methods may include: 

• Cash 

• Credit or debit card 

• Online payment 

• Zelle 

• Cash App 

• Apple Pay 

• Google Pay 

• PayPal 

 

5. Cancellation Policy 

Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service. 

If cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours notice, the initial deposit will be retained to cover the reserved appointment time. 

We understand that unexpected emergencies may occur. In certain circumstances involving genuine emergencies, accommodations may be considered at our discretion. 

 

6. Transportation Disclaimer 

Transportation services may be provided using: 

• The companion's personal vehicle, or 

• The client’s vehicle (if requested) 

By accepting transportation services, clients acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks. Vibrant Life Senior Care Companion & Concierge LLC is not responsible for delays, traffic conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. 

 

7. Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vibrant Life Senior Care Companion & Concierge LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services or website. 

 

8. Independent Business Structure 

Vibrant Life Senior Care Companion & Concierge LLC is an independent limited liability company (LLC) operating within the state of Texas. 

 

9. Website Use 

Users agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
